Natran Green Pest Control is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead, develop, and support our service technician team. This role is hands-on and field-driven, with regular in-field work alongside technicians to maintain service quality, operational consistency, and team accountability. What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians at various experience levels, including Apprentices, Standard Technicians, Specialty Technicians, and Master Technicians

  • Set clear expectations and consistently model professionalism, service quality, and company standards

  • Oversee daily scheduling and route assignments to support efficiency and coverage

  • Conduct regular field audits to evaluate technician performance, service quality, safety practices, and customer interactions

  • Train, coach, and mentor technicians through hands-on field leadership, feedback, and development plans

  • Regularly work alongside technicians in the field, including climbing ladders and performing work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces, to support training and quality control.

  • Lead by example by actively participating in service delivery during peak periods and when additional field support is needed

  • Handle escalated service issues, customer concerns, and cancellations with a solutions-focused approach

  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to drive operational results

  • Ensure service vehicles, equipment, and supplies are maintained and ready for use

  • Partner with the Branch Manager on staffing needs, process improvements, and operational planning

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development initiatives


What You Bring

  • 3 or more years of field service operations experience

  • 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Certified Applicator License with Termite and Lawn and Ornamental categories, or willingness to obtain

  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the field through hands-on coaching and example

  • Comfort performing physical service work, including ladder use and confined space work in attics and crawl spaces

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort using technology and systems such as Google Workspace and FieldRoutes

  • Ability to manage conflict, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment


Physical and Work Environment

  • Field-based leadership role combining office planning and regular in-field service work

  • Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physical inspections as required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Occasional travel to other branch locations or off-site meetings may be required


Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

  • Performance-based incentive program, with additional earnings tied to branch performance, service quality, and operational results

  • Estimated on-target earnings for Houston, TX: $70,000 to $85,000, based on meeting performance objectives
