Natran Green Pest Control is hiring a Customer Care Representative (CCR1) to join our Houston office. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is friendly, professional, highly organized, and confident handling a high volume of calls.

This position is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:

  • Represent Natran professionally in every interaction
  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages
  • Schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments based on technician routes and customer needs
  • Resolve customer concerns following department procedures
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date customer records by thoroughly documenting all interactions in the CRM system.

This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch quickly between phone conversations, scheduling tools, and account documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and email platforms
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

You must be willing to obtain and maintain a Texas pest control technician license within 90 days of hire, as required by state law.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Based in our Houston office
  • Full-time schedule with rotational Saturday shifts

This role involves prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, and constant phone and written communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Full-time, non-exempt position
